Entrepreneur and technologist, Mr. Prasad Valay has spent his career building solutions at the crossroads of software, payments, and public-sector innovation.
He began as a Software Engineer for the State of Alabama, developing information-management systems that streamlined operations and increased transparency across government agencies.

Before founding iGov Solutions, he launched two earlier software ventures delivering cloud-based workflow and compliance platforms for regulated markets - experience that honed his focus on secure, scalable SaaS and embedded-payments functionality.

He went on to establish iGov Solutions, a pioneering provider of cloud-based licensing, permitting, and regulatory-enforcement software for government agencies. Recognizing a gap between government operations and financial technology, Mr. Valay led iGov’s expansion into FinTech integration, embedding credit-card processing, merchant-account management, and payment-gateway APIs directly within government systems. This innovation positioned iGov at the forefront of GovTech–FinTech convergence.

Under his Leadership, in 2019 iGov Solutions was merged with I3 Verticals (NASDAQ: IIIV) — a leading SaaS and payment-processing firm — marking its entry into the public markets and establishing Mr. Valay’s reputation as a visionary in digital-government infrastructure.

Dr. Durga Bhavani Valay began her career in Apopka, Florida, joining a start up managed-care primary-care group serving a diverse and often underserved patient base.
Working within this integrated-care environment, she became known for her precision, warmth, and commitment to patient-centered medicine by embodying the principles of value-based care long before it became industry standard.
